He takes care of organization, menu planning and customer care.

After finishing high school, Hannes decided to become a chef and is now an important part of our team.

Chef
Tobias is a chef with heart and soul, after various stages in renowned companies, he has been an integral part of our team for some years.

Cleaning & kitchen
Paul also called "la roccia" has been around for over 10 years and takes care of cleaning and also enjoys cooking.

Marketing & Organisation
Reme is the newest member of our team. After graduating from university in Spain, she has come to Bolzano;) we are happy to have her in the team!

Joussef graduated in accounting in Bolzano and after several experiences in the gastronomic sector abroad, returned to Italy to completed a professional course and now works for our team!
